Ngl, if you look at it, Wilbur's character is hella scary and sad. He had all he wanted, Tommy, Peace and a nice place to settle down, L'manburg. But of course that wasn't for long. Dream came and ruined it all. Then, Wilbur's own old best friend, Schlatt, turned on him. It gave Wilbur so much anxiety and Stress Sadness ETC, that he drove mad. He probably couldn't sleep at night either. So, he decided to get revenge, by blowing up Manburg on the special day, The Festival. Then, was murdered by his own father, Because of guilt suffering and Emptiness. And, here comes an innocent version, Ghostbur. All he wants is happiness and more. So he keeps his feelings bottled up. Then, Tommy goes to exile, And Ghostbur was the only visitor aside from Dream. He always tried to cheer Tommy up, But Tommy sometimes shut him out. Then, Phil, Techno and Dream fell down the same path, and blew up L'manburg again. Ghostbur snapped, crying as his pet Friend died. Now Ghostbur obviously had breakdowns and tried to calm himself with blue. All his trust is gone with his father, and he thinks him being dead is the best thing ever, since everybody hated him. Now, Tommy uses Ghostbur as a decoy to Kill Dream, reassuring him that there's gonna be no revivals, and Ghostbur Trusts him. Yet basically everyone has ruined their trust with Ghostbur since they use him, He still lets them in though. Tommy is now trying to calm down Ghostbur as Dream is pulling him back and using the Revive book on him, counting to 10 to try and keep Ghostbur's focus on counting. Uh oh, here comes ReviveBur. All we know of Revivebur is that he's gonna cause chaos on the server, and that its now His. We know that from this quote, " This is my sunrise Tommy, This is Mine. " Scary isn't it?

Yep. And yeah. Tommy _used_ Ghostbur. He knew Ghostbur would help anyone he considered a friend, and he trusted Tommy. So Tommy used that to further his plans. Tommy may not have meant it, but he got Ghostbur killed. The two major manipulators in the lore, Wilbur and Dream, must have rubbed off on him.

The way the streak in his hair is unaffected by the flashes is just- perfect. It's symbolic of the fact he's back and that he's keeping it that way. Also the ghostbur parts really hit hard
