31:25 there’s no strategic error , the point is without his people as they are , this world is worthless , he wants them and than take the others with them , the point is making them is also worthless , except where we are now , when they want it but can for reasons , that’s why they need help , even though there’s no doubt they complicated their situation , now i wonder , can they fix this , can they bring themselves out of this since they hold themselves so high , here is a challenge
