I hope you would push him more on the youtube game topic...it looks like some other youtubers have some things to say about his recent changes and even his own comment section see when a video is a flop (the nootropic one, fontsquat and ohp one etc.) Are the clickbaits and controversy worth it? What is the end goal here? And dont tell me its to reach and help more people...

That's just not Steve. And that's fine by me. But personally, completely unsubbed from everything RP a while back, after being and ardent supporter from early days. It was a good starting point, but life isn't an algorithm. clickbait reaction videos were the last straw.

RP still puts out good content in there but sadly their golden age has passed. Thats okay, it happens to people, relationships, artists, companies, etc. Part of life

@@mrbouncelol 100% Or course it's a bit more of a bummer coming from the RP+ days, and the promise of what it could have been from that POV. But it's not the first time I've seen this sort of thing happen.

Glad you guys are still tight after all these years. I started listening, like, 2016 or 2017, so Mike's recent rise has been very great to see.

That's such a good quote. Everybody I take to about fitness I try to get that across. It's easier to get straightforward answers but contextual answers are much more useful and more true.

Speaking about Wesley Vissers, it would be interesting to have an interview with him. He's very meticulous about his trainning and nutrition.

i find popcorn great for cutting. i pop my own corn with a little $10 popcorn machine (no oil needed), spray vinegar on it from a spray bottle, and chuck a shitload of salt, msg, and herbs on top. you can adjust the salt levels if it's too palatable. i also sometimes put it in salads for the texture contrast (sort of like a crouton replacement).
