Reviving A 1976 FJ55 Toyota Landcruiser In One Day | FJ55 Repair | WILL IT RUN & DRIVE?

Ive seen this FJ55 lurking in the background of my friends yard for what feels like years. Finally I snapped and had to encourage him to pull the piggy out of the weeds to get it moving again. I drove a few hours one Saturday morning and we tried to make it all happen in one day!

They get in your blood. I came home from the hospital (birth, as did both of my younger brothers) in a 1969 FJ55. That was our family truckster from that day forward. Trips from Texas to California to visit family were common growing up. We all learned to drive in that truck and are still hooked on Cruisers to this day. Solid Axle Summit.

nice... just watched a guy get a 1929 truck sitting in a field for 50 years and then forest for 30 years and the guy got it started! always amazes me to see an old vehicle get started - makes me think any vehicle sitting in a junk yard has potential to start up!
