As someone who have tried installing most of the mods that are present i can seriously tell u some mods here not compatible on each other and some are so unstable ex: the animals pack. The birds however is seperated to it and working fine i have it installed and looks cool seeing different types of birds in san andreas.

Could you compile just the mods into one Zip file and upload it to a Mediafire link or Mega link, it would be a big timesaver, I barely got time to do this one by one but I also want to try all of these. Also if possible could you add a Readme file showing the priority values for each mod. I'm sorry if this sounds selfish of me to ask but it'll be of great help.

yaah like 70% of this mods are inspired or taken from gta iv like npc tasks radar and giving city vibes its mostly gta iv mods which tells how good is that game but mostly the graphics are too much dark that even our eyes has to hurt

speaking about Vehicle Improvement, there are also Mod for Rhino Tank Track. It will makes Rhino has Moving Track that make it more like a real Tank. I think its really simple mod but really cool if you added, bcos Rhino is the only vehicle in this game that should have a track because it is an MBT.
