Comments like this is exactly why well traveled people urge and beg black people to get out and go see the world. This approach works if we’re talking about achieving wealth or above average income. No mass demographic of people in a 1st-world country should have to adopt a hustlers mentality to achieve standard levels of success. If you don’t believe me, look at places like Sweden, Germany, & Denmark. The US brings in way more money than these countries, but their citizens receive 10x the benefits. 2 people driving a bus or working retail affords a house, car, and supports a family of four in these places. Please stop buying into the narrative that Black people would do better if we all just collectively busted our asses and changed our mindsets. When you go to other countries and see what they get just for being citizens, it’ll honestly break your heart.

I thoroughly enjoyed the debate. Donald is aligned with those who advance policies that have not helped the working class. Republicans/ Conservatives as never advanced policies that offer upward mobility to the working class. Note that their number one issue is the border, nothing else..!! It’s code for anti black which Donald’s ignore because he is selfserving and selfish. He doesn’t really care about his own race, he care mostly about his bottom line. He is a smooth talker but he is against everything that Trump is against in order to curry favor from Trump. His ambition supersedes his compassion for working / middle class people especially Black people. For me Character matters, you can tell a whole lot about politicians and their true motives by the policies that they fight for. Donald’s doesn’t demonstrate that he would fight for the working class or Black people based on his voting record and his beliefs.
