So you are saying that no custommer support is okay because there is a page with Q&A. Have you seen all these videos of people who got their accounts locked. Lost money and stuff?? All the complaints? Well they didnt have anyone to contact because no custommer support.. They lost their accounts with money. Revolute even sponsored a british girl to review the metal plan on KZbin. Durring the travel they locked her card TWICE!!! Leaving her crying in the airport.

Hey Frick, interesting point. It's so dependant on the business use case, for example is your business trading internationally? And also by 'normal Revolut account' are you referring to the free one or would you go for a paid account?

@@Monitodotcom Thanks for the fast reply! Yes it is. I filled the form for them to contact me about the topic but I am not sure how responsive they are. edit: they basically describe a 0.8% "payment acceptance fee" which sounds ominous and I am not sure what it might refer to.

I believe 0.8% would be for payments in person and through a card transaction (card reader). I found the business fees page (www.revolut.com/en-IE/legal/business-free-fees/) for Ireland which I believe probably applies to any EUR native or EEA country. Hopefully this helps give you a bit more insight. ^Jonny

What about revolut weekend fees? Are they worthy to a customer?

There is a small weekend fee (around 2%) but you can easily avoid this by exchanging currencies during the week. It's a simple work around. ^Jonny

I live in the EU how safe & private is this business account? Where I live anything that goes into your account is counted as income although I've spent so much on inventory for years, and I don't expect any profit for a while But the tax authority can take anything over 1000€ owed to debt collection agencies although all of my debt is due to medical malpractice Ive never bought anything on credit! and am honest and fair. Ive had 3 major leg and ankle surgeries due to a sprained ankle and am now wheelchair bound Ive been working on an online store soon to open its just me and a friend, will my money be safe from being raided by this crazy government? My deposits will be through a card processing service. Can someone please help will my money be safe, if I don't do something the rest of my life will be state-dependent, in a wheelchair broke with no way out Thank You God Bless!

@@Monitodotcom Thanks Jonny Im in Eastern Europe there are a lot of cheap medical universities and foreign students, so it may have been her 1st operation simple sprained ankle now rebuilt twice with titanium to repair admitted damage. I was ill informed by another patient so I called the tax office and alls ok, they're not gonna raid my account I have no other debts a licensed business in good tax compliance history, Ive just never used a foreign bank service before one of my best suppliers is in the UK and the currency exchange you offer is most likely better - As weíth fear of the unknown all of my sales have been in person local - The web chat service for domains SSL business email, and hosting is all set with a big thanks to the web chat help to get set up Im not too tech savvy is the chat service you offer something I might need to get set up? @@Monitodotcom I’m talking about Revolut Business account I have set several months ago (8 months). Revolut team asked to provide company paperwork and operational guide. Residency check and ect. Any way account was confirmed. Took time for us to start operation. We run charter business ( we own a yacht and chartering in Monaco and French Riviera). Operation based on charter contract between two parties, 2 weeks before to start accepting reservations, I got in touch with chat to check if I need anything else or we good to go). Revolut accepting Cc payments via link sent to client, nice and easy page for that. We came to the day I’m sending a link to the client and same time I’m sending copy of charter contact to chat so we keep everything clear. And here starts the show: card payment will need to clear in account within 24 hours, then to be able to use Merchant account should be active ( no one ever mentioned that to me), not even on the day of payment done! Day after chat tell we need to activate merchant account paperwork and it’s starts all again, likely I have all paperwork in order, but questions from chat took to even how I found it the company and how money were made. Any way I have provided statements of personal earnings for several months, and still account not operating, and don’t have access to it. And for my request to get in touch with higher management- suggestions to upgrade a plan to 750euro per month. I’ve been chatting with several chat agents and everyone was saying different things.
