Is your revolut set up on your home country mobilie phone or your phone in expat country? I hope you understand my question, as I am not sure revolut will work if they send one time codes to my phone in Ireland and have say a Vietnamese or Thai phone number.

When back home in Thailand last time, I used Revolut card as a debit card without any issue or fee. However, I guess that banks there might impose some fee for cash withdrawal even if it is in the monthly ceiling set by Revolut.
