Check out @Apollonian Germ 's channel to find the video I'm talking about
I only take credit for the translation, the research itself was done by Katz and Scholem in the 1960s and 1970s
I apologize for the bad sound quality and camera angle, I recorded this under duress. First upload someone quickly commented that the volume was too low, so I took it down and tried to fix it

I listened to 'The Hidden War' by Archibald Maul Ramsay, on vnnforum. He was a British MP and knew Neville Chamberlain and was trying to warn him about the Jewish conspiracy to force Britain into war with Germany but they put him in prison using the same emergency powers act, called 18b, that they used to put Sir Oswald Moseley in prison. A sort of Patriot Act type thing. But in that book he talks about the role that Jews played in the English, French, Russian revolutions and the Spanish Civil War.

@@didymussumydid9726 I don't know about Nesta Webster. But he was talking about the role of secret societies in the lead up to the liberal French revolution. He got a group together of various sympathetic members of parliament together that were going to disseminate the research they had put together concerning the Jewish conspiracy and spread it throughout as much of the government as possible.

It would probably be worth listening to the whole thing at some stage. The link is in the audio section of vnnforum. Many other interesting things are mentioned too, including how Cromwell was funded by Dutch and Portuguese Jews and how Admiral Forestall was aware of the JQ and had interactions with Neville Chamberlain.

@@tadficuscactus Duke of Brunswick "Charles William Ferdinand 1735 to 1806", he was a strategic thinker who had something to say in 1794 about the French Revolution. I'm drawing your attention to his phrase below, "they deluded the most perspicacious men by falsely alleging different intentions". "THE DUKE OF BRUNSWICK (Karl Wilhelm Ferdinand), himself a senior Mason, sounded a worldwide warning about the subversive agenda of the Templar-Jesuit-Illuminati. His address of 1794 informed the world as to the danger of the Illuminist infiltration of Masonry During his speech, the Duke warned: “A great sect arose, which taking for its motto the good and the happiness of man, worked in the darkness of the conspiracy to make the happiness of humanity a prey for itself. This sect is known to everyone; its brothers are known no less than its name". . . "They deluged the World with a multitude of publications; they recruited apprentices of every rank and in every position; they deluded the most perspicacious men by falsely alleging different intentions. They sowed in the hearts of youth the seed of covetousness, and they excited it with the bait of the most insatiable passions. Indomitable pride, thirst of power, such were the only motives of this sect: their masters had nothing less in View than the thrones of the earth, and the government of the nations was to be directed by their nocturnal clubs". - Duke of Brunswick (Manifesto of 1794)". "The Duke referred to the infiltrators and corrupters as a "Sun Order". This intriguing reference describes and leads us to the door of the ancient Atonist Order of Zadok or Melchizedek, that is of Pharaoh Akhenaton and his ideological descendants which are the Knights Templar, Strict Observance, Grand Orient, Jesuits, and other clandestine masonic orders." Also, NESTA WEBSTER describes the subtle art of deception: "The art of Illuminism lay in enlisting dupes as well as adepts and by encouraging dreams of honest visionaries or the schemes of fanatics. By flattering the vanity of ambitious egotists. By working on unbalanced brains or by playing such passions of greed and power to make men of totally divergent aims serve the secret purpose of the sect. People with money were welcomed but kept oblivious of actual secrets. The purpose is to win power and riches. To undermine secular or religious government and attain the mastery of the world."

Good luck with your new responsibilities. The first one can be a big shock! But things get more manageable after that. I was hugely interested in Kabbalah when I was a teen and have read a lot of Scholem and the strange Edwardian Christian Kabbalists, so funny to go back to this material in a new, political light. Please keep your interesting work going.

Hey Didymus. Do you know if there is a relationship between Occultism and the revolutionary movements in South America, where the Roman Catholic Spanish empire became replaced by "independent, enlightened republics" by revolutionaries like Simon Bolivar (Freemason)?

Very interesting. I think that it is difficult but essential to find the Medieval roots of Modernity. Another thing that I find interesting is what would seem to be two competing narratives of Church History given by Orthodox Churches and Non-Orthodox Churches. It seems that Orthodox Churches would support a narrative that the Church grew from weakness in the early Roman Empire and achieved greatness with Constantine and the conversion of the Roman State. Whereas Non-Orthodox Churches would seem to support a narrative that the Church began with great power in the early Roman Empire but was quickly corrupted and then fell with Constantine and the conversion of the Church into a new Roman Pagan state religion. Then it seems that Orthodox Churches would support a narrative that the Church ruled victorious throughout the years of Christendom when it finally weakened with the Reformation and the separation of the Church from the State until the Tsar of Russia abdicated and no more theocratic monarchs remained in Christendom. Whereas Non-Orthodox Churches would seem to support a narrative that the Church was essentially Pagan until the Reformation when people supposedly recreated the true Church as in the days of the Early Roman Empire. Essentially, if these narratives are as dominant as what they seem to be, Orthodox Churches believe that Paganism was replaced as the dominant religion of Europe back with Constantine, whereas Non-Orthodox Churches seem to believe that Paganism was replaced as the dominant religion of Europe with the defeat of Orthodoxy in Saxony, Geneva, the Netherlands, Britain etc. If I am not making a mountain out of a molehill, it would seem that whereas Orthodox believers are feeling defeated and wishing to put humpty dumpty back together again, Non-Orthodox believers are ecstatic about the mega Churches and televangelists, or an imminent rapture as they donate to Israel. It simply seems to me to be a shockingly different idea of Church history and shockingly different feeling about the current state of Christianity.

Philip Dick has an interesting passage in his book EXEGESIS, 29:38: "With St. Sophia we are not dealing with anything extrinsic to the universe, also, in a certain real sense, we are not dealing with the supernatural. If (as Plato et. al believed) the universe is a living animal and it does have a psyche, and in hearing the voice of St. Sophia we hearing the thoughts of the vast psyche which extends everywhere (as Xenophanes put forth). We are dealing with something which, when the deranged Circuit Board is repaired (and even before!) can and will be the subject of rational, scientific knowledge, not mere (sic) faith and mere (sic) revelation." Is there any merit to this? Maria Gimbutas and her work as an archaeologist seem to support this paradigm/Earth-centric/Earth source view. It all makes me wonder if there isn't some truth to Archon theory posited by John Lamb Lash in his book Not In His Image? I find it all curious. I just don't know how else to understand all these strands. . I also came across Julius Evola and his mystical occult insights. - who apparently was a traditionalist and a pagan and believed that people were too attached to the religion of the Roman Empire (which he thought was okay) as long as they didn't abandon tradition.

I thought that "haggling" with or "manipulating" God has always been part of Judaism. To struggle with God and use his rules against him. God doesn't want you to use magic, but if you somehow manage to get away with it, he kind of respects that.

i thought this video kzbin.info/www/bejne/eHqWY5d_nbh-j7c from Adam of Know More News about the old testament story of Esau and Jacob about Jacob being tricked out of his birthrite and being able to trick somebody somehow abrogated moral law seems very frankist. I think from the biblical point of view its the ebb and flow of the same struggle throughout time against the synagogue of satan. When Moses went up the mountain to get the laws from God the sanhedrin claimed they were given info from God. They have lost the fear of God from way back. But I don't believe your second statement or are you just saying that what the hagglers think? Everyone will get their just punishment in the end.

You have basically given the history and definition of the Talmud according to the Sabbateans as if this is the actual history and how Orthodox Jews see their relationship to Talmud. Obviously with the existence of Rabbis such as Maimonides and even more so Abulafia there exist ways to view the Talmud that do NOT have it supercede the 5 books. This is the way most Jews (including those that maintain a belief to Kabbalah) view the relationship. Maaseh Merkavah of the Talmud and the magical formulas of Babylon have nothing to do with each other and to lump them together is not an accurate way to understand Jewish beliefs. I will concede that most Jews are wholly unaware of any of this which has allowed certain practices and beliefs to spread but this is more an issue of the last 300 - 400 years. The fact is true Orthodox Jewish consensus rejects these ideas and always has.
