Nice one. Detachable hub and removing filter are quite great ideas, but I am disappointed with cables solution. Cables from original EDGE are the most important reason why I bought and like my Edge 1000 PSU.

Actually, I am quite satisfied with the cables. Just the point of personally adding cable combs is what I don’t like. The EPS and PCIe cables are so cool with no need of combs, that is just epic.

Just last week I've bought the edge 1300, but the cables gave me a bit of work to do as they are quite short. Are these ones compatible with the edge 1300?

How is the fan noise? I heard people complaining about the edge being loud.

Depends of the way it is used. I have 7800X3D and 4080 Super and the fan is barely spinning at all. After six months of using I haven`t seen any need for dusting. Edge Fan, as much as I know, is on 0 RPM until 50% of total power, so with CPU that uses around 90W and GPU that almost never use 320W, 1000W Edge fan is very rarely needs to be used. I only can imagine if someoine using Intel 14900K, for example, that PSU fan is loud, next to 16 fans and heavy pump needed to cool something hot like that CPU-
