I first chatted with Charles years back when he was working on a paper about tornados. I pointed out to him a video from Russia that showed a tornado forming from twisting pairs of filaments snaking down from a cloud before forming the actual vortex. It's nice to see he's still working on incorporating electrodynamics in his models. Regarding this subject, however, i can only say this: until a study is done that investigates the exchange of energy between a supercell and the heliospheric current sheet contacting the ionosphere, we will NEVER truly comprehend what is going on in these structures and will continue to, at best, only be describing our very terrestrial view of a very long and complex electrical circuit with the Sun.

I have followed your work for years, but this is the first time I've seen anyone cite Chandler's work. His work I found to be compelling. Why isn't electromagnetism accounted for in supercell models? The short answer is that both thermodynamics and electrodynamics are very difficult subjects which most people can't keep in their heads at the same time. The fact that Mr. Chandler is able to do so is great credit to him.

@@luvestevane2633Great question. The effect that you refer to is how we describe the relationship of a large in-rush of fresh air from the periphery, due to a large updraft from heat. Put simply, the in-rush creates a blow-torch effect at the surface, which increases the heat and updraft, which increases the in-rush, and a race condition ensues. That's what the "own weather system", particularly the "own" part, refers to. Cheers!

I've always intuitively known it doesn't make sense without electromagnetism enabling these clouds to turn into self-sustaining motors. Otherwise, in a purely thermodynamic conception, a cyclonic formation should just fall apart after a few spins. Instead, it just keeps on going and even getting stronger (like it's getting wound up more tightly over time), which along with other indications like the apparent marklund convection shape should make it extremely obvious that these are natural electomagnetic motors, though unstable and chaotic ones relatively speaking.

@@j.pershing2197 I think so. @@Critter145 Sprites are generated by electrical discharge from one atmospheric layer to another, like a lightning strike. A jet, on the other hand, develops from the center of a plasmoid due to an over pressure of magnetic storage into the center of the plasmoid. When a plasmoid undergoes an excessive z-pinch, due to a large spike or input of charge storage into the plasmoid, a jet develops due to an overpressure of storage. Charge can be stored into a plasmoid along the equatorial plane rather than by arc discharge. Just like a sunspot develops into a solar flare or a galaxy core develops astrophysical jets, jets are an expulsion of magnetic flux storage due to an over pressure of magnetic flux or ether in the plasmoid center. Since a plasmoid self-creates its own polarity, the excessive pressure of magnetic flux, or ether, escapes force free along the field lines. in the case of a solar flare the escaping jet of magnetic flux ionizes and carries plasma out of the chromosphere as a solar flare. With galactic astrophysical jets, neutrons develop from the magnetic flux, or ether, in the astrophysical jets, which accumulate into quasars at the end of the jets. In the Earth's atmosphere, a jet from a cloud has a blueish color due to the nitrogen in the atmosphere surrounding the jet. A sprite is due to an arc discharge between plasma double layers. A jet is an ejection of magnetic flux at the pole of the plasmoid, due to an overpressure of magnetic flux storage in a plasmoid.

Water condensation decreases its volume to 1/1600th that of the vapour it condensed from. This would draw in surrounding air/vapour to fill the unoccupied space previously inhabited by the now condensed vapour as the pressure of this volume drops. This would explain the low pressure seen in storms and regions of condensation. As further condensation and precipitation occurs, the process repeats as more and more air/vapour is drawn in to fill the voids left by the condensation process. If the rate of condensation exceeds that of vapour influx, pressure will continue to drop.

How do polarized particulates or molecules maintain orientation in a turbulent mass. Always wondered this from the same condition proposed for co2 orientation as prescribed by global warming theory to account for its impact on heat trapping and earth bound reflection. Is there experimental evidence of this, as observable charge-based molecular orientation or is it theoretically inferred to happen then onto the next step. To clarify, i dont consider static gases in a fishtank the same as the atmosphere with its high speeds stata and charges. Thanks for your channel

I would like to think that maybe they just don't see the obvious due to tunnel vision of some kind, but I find it hard to believe that the sharpest ones are just blind. As such, and I don't like entertaining the idea - maybe there is an effort going on to intentionally hide it, because of what could be done with a proper comprehension of how physics really works. I doubt a majority of physicists would willingly put on a conspiracy like that themselves, so maybe they're being threatened or killed by governments if they dare step out of line, the rest who can be bribed being spirited away to work in secret for governments. If the above is true, I wonder how long people like Gareth will be able to keep putting out insightful stuff like this before we all get collectively too close to whatever capabilities a deeper understanding of physics could enable us to do technologically and these hypothetical government forces intervene. Maybe it's something dangerous, maybe it could threaten the profitability of energy industries, I dunno for sure, but I have over time found it harder and harder not to suspect this is all being intentionally suppressed, only allowed to be openly investigated like here so long as most people still consider it pseudoscience.

I'm really surprised you would put out something like this and not recognize all the fallacies in these models, especially in light of your other videos about Electric Universe interpretations. I find it interesting that you never once mentioned lightning in any of this. Supercells always have a great amount of lightning so any charge separation you build up in the cloud for your model would certainly be discharged before any mechanism you envision would occur. Yet it all happens anyway even with the lightning. Also none of this explains dust devils or waterspouts here on earth or the "dust devils" (aka tornadoes) on Mars. Clearly water vapor isn't necessary for tornado formation. But there is a lot of indication that tornadoes and all other similar phenomenon are electrical in nature. Not only is there always lightning in the supercell but there is also electrical discharge coming out of the top of the thunderstorms to space. And on Mars the dust devils literally burn the surface of the planet they pass over indicating an electrical discharge. but scientists and meteorologists don't like to consider electrical processes in anything other than secondary effects of friction.

@@luvestevane2633 there is a theory that the particles are spinning, which creates momentum, kind of like a wind coming off them. The attraction is due to opposing momentum. In the clouds I think there is a higher energy in the colder regions, which looks like separation, but isn't. The electrons are repelling each other, so there is a tension building when none can escape. As soon as there is a path they push each other into it . I realize there are two different kind of strikes but I suspect that what is noted as positive is electrons in a spin down state. Electrons act like opposite charges when entangled, so they could be separated by spin up or down, but not positive- negative.
