You probably should look into galaxy spiral dragon from your commons from chaos impact. It’s a free special summon and can make harbinger really easily if you decide to run it

you should maybe try the one galactic spiral dragon in your deck, he's an easy summon from hand or grave and he could make rank 8 plays possible (don't know if you have any useful rank 8 accessible though :/ )
