Orange cupcake ? Paul Stewart had blue, and it made his mouth blue. Rory Ding got white...he was lucky. Did you end up with an orange mouth ? 😂 I will be interested in their flight from Coolongatta to Tullamarine....but even more important, if they have a frequent flyer program, or will they affiliate with one of the bigger programs ? Always good to see a landing into Melbourne 😁

hahaha I actually had a blue one too which I took it off from the MEL-SYD flight. Nope I ate very clean😂 no coloured mouth. I cannot wait for their frequent flyer program. The deputy chairman told us in business class that currently their plan is buy 18 flights and get 2 free

Not a MAX for sure, probably got washed and repainted for the REX livery so it looks new :) It should've been water from the engine because of condensation.

$38US one way...wow, that's a cheap fare! I'm not sure I've seen such low fares here in the US, except maybe Southwest from time to time. What a party that inaugural flight was! Funny you focused on that one person's feet...definitely in need of a pedi! Noticed at 8:18 and 10:18 the strap hanging out of the one overhead bin, and it's gone at 13:08...I always wonder how the person closing the bin doesn't notice those things, but F/As of course do. No way could the cabin crew have served the entire plane with beverages during such a short flight! Glad you got your champagne though. What a fun trip report, thanks for this!

I've certainly seen such low fares in the US even with AA and UA, but normally at this price in America, you'll have to pay for seat selection, baggage allowance and no lounge access of course even if you're the airlines' very own frequent flyers unless you paid for the club fees. Kudos to all the crew, worked so quickly in a professional manner that I didn't even notice!

Just another special flight with REX B737-800, and it's quite weird why we couldn't use any of our device at the tarmac (even no one cares😂). The headrest is still the same with the one on VA, VH-RQC ex. Virgin Australia oldest 737 (VH-VU...) I guess. Waiting for QantasLink 717-200. (And I'm surprised that you visit the cockpit).

there is the same flight attendant that 'christened' the first flight. No doubt that footage will appear in the flight training video on how not to serve drinks. Maintain a center of balance when holding a drink tray or let the passenger take the glass
