Holy moly! They did this after Dionysus? Astounding stamina! I remember Jin saying that he'd been to a swimming party with friends and he could hold his breath for twice as long as anyone else--they really have insane cardiovascular/lung power. I agree with the recommendation for So What, and am adding in Dionysus. The one from the 2019 MMAs uses their song NO as a dance break, so it's even more intense.

Well they are only slept on nowadays when this came out it was the hype for a while for a couple of years, it was the first to be recommended one of the first to be reacted and pretty much everyone’s favourite, uptill 2020 no one has skipped the song when it came to reaction channels, so it’s very recent that I don’t see this being hyped as much this was always on top of the favourites list when people make a list I need U Run Dope Fire Not Today BST Fake love was always the order ( it’s also the MV orders usually recommended but in any list even excluding some they never skip writing Not today)

Good luck on your competition, Rex! Now is the perfect time to curate your gym playlist with more songs. This is such good timing that this lined up so well on your journey. I don't know if you noticed, but in this song they refer to us as baepsae a few times when they're hyping us up to put our hands up. It's so cool whenever they have running themes/ideas within songs that tie the themes of the songs together. It's like Baepsae acknowledges the struggles and Not Today tries to uplift us so we can fight through them.

Not Today is the song that made me look up the lyrics and become ARMY....I had listened to a couple of BTS songs before this one but this is the first one I really looked at what it meant....since it starts with the lines in English from RM "All the underdogs in the world a day may come when we lose but it is not today. Today we fight" This line sounds like a paraphrase of Aragorns speach at the Black Gate in Lord of the Rings and as a fan of Lord of the Rings I heard the parallel and wanted to know more....and that is how it started so I started listening to more and started watching Run BTS etc...and then covid lockdown happened a couple of years later and I was living in a country where lockdown meant you were not allowed to leave you house without a permit to go shopping for 1 hr (which you could apply for and wait for them to send you a QR code to your phone) so I was very much stuck inside and during that time BTS was what I watched every day and completely caught up on everything....except all the Vlives I watched compilations with clips of them but I watched all the old ones now and just have more recent ones to catch up on.
