I think that if you do skin ratings you should keep T5 skins in their own category and shouldn't be compared the rest. T5 always have cool animations and lot more work get put into them but they also cost way more than the other patch note skins. Feels like it would be unfair to put them against say this Toth skin, from both a price point and level of work that went into it.

For top tier voice packs, it’s needs to be something that you instantly recognize, has a lot of life to it and fits the skin. Something to the tune of izzi doll skin voice pack, the gay pride Chiron voice pack etc

I tried devos start for aa gods and it quite helps with poking early even with t2 devos, enough to help fight red,griffon as for good start to have, I look at griffon as starter item which I sell, devos do help so much after you get boomerang crit and dbringer

It might be better to rate each skin relative to its tier. So even it's its a simple recolor, you could rate it based on how good that recolor is. Because it wouldn't be fair to compare that to a tier 5. Also, if you. Want to make things more objective you could always rate the skin based on how well they did with the style they were trying to achieve. So even if it was a hello kitty skin, you could still give it a 10 if it's the best hello kitty skin they could have possibly made. Like they could not have done better! Just some ideas! 😊

If you can note this also, skins with too many voicelines, too long voicelines or high frequency voicelines should be factored into the rating. When voicelines overlap too often it feels a bit messy imo

Thanatos Archon/ Ares Godslayer skin 10/10 Uncle Zeus/ Ironmouse voice packs 10/10 Nox-depths of Atlantis/ hou yi- totem caller abilities 10/10 I think we can all agree that these skins are god tier! This should be the frame of reference for the scaling in my opinion 😁
