Sometimes the same thing happens to me, for the simple fact of not playing on my server. I hope hirez check all the data, files and previous games so he can check if it was lag or definitely cheating. For me, it would be illogical for him to use cheats when he starts the game winning and in the late game he has it won. Postscript, I played against many tsukus and I have the conclusion that it is an impossible pick to win if you know how to use it. I played against him and nothing identical happened. I am currently a GM. Good luck with the case!

That still doesn’t explain one small lag spike that leads to a kill and having absolutely no issues for the rest of the game. Playing on a server outside of your normal region, you will still have consistent ping from that server. If there’s a spike server side, both players would feel it, not just one.

The thing with lag is that the server will still have you going at normal movement speed, your character just stops and skips forwards. A person lagging and a regular person will go the same movement speed regardless of ping, just visually it will be different.
