Very rusty old axe multitool restoration.
I found this old rusty multitool ax in an old house. I decided to restore it. The ax was with a saw. The ax was very rusty. I removed the rust and cleaned the metal. I hope you liked my restoration.

If you have a drill with a hammer function you can use it to make the rivets much faster. Lust put the piece of nail in the drill and then use the hammer function onto an anvil and it will hammer it into a nice rivet with an even shape due to it spinning.

Був колись у мене схожий, радянський. Як зараз пам'ятаю, на лезі сокири "Ц 7р. 50 коп". А ще в комплекті була лопатка, та брезентовий чохол. Сокира знімалася, і на руків'я вдівалася лопатка. 🤗. 123👍🏻

Try to use baking soda as an electrolyte instead of salt. Using salt makes chlorine gas which could be dangerous.

I have the same ax! It looks brand new! Does not need restoration!! Otherwise, the ax is useless! It rings while you work with it, transfers blows to the hand and the saw is almost unusable! 😂

That is neither an ax nor an axe nor is it a multitool. That is a hatchet. Standard for the olden days to have saws built in for ease purposes.
