Game analysis from my round 3 game at the 2022 Reykjavik Open. I have the Black pieces against Women Grandmaster, Evgeniya Doluhanova.
It was great playing over the board again, and here I try an interesting idea as Black in the Sicilian Bb5+ variation. I take a look at the game and give you the viewer tips about how to improve from studying your own games.

The in depth analysis, information and tips from a grandmaster are pure gold. Has improved my game tremendously. Wish I had this when I was young.

Great video, it's always interesting when a gm analyses a game. Moreover, well done for going back into tournament chess again! I like how you do different openings as it then gets people out of theory sooner and leads to more interesting games

I really enjoy those longer format game reviews. Blitz chess isn't really my thing, so watching something like this helps me increase my understanding of positional ideas

i dont think criticizing the computer when you only let it run up to depth 5-7 is fair, but I get your point nonetheless. Thanks for the vids as always. You got me into chess.

Hi Simon Quick question! Instead of researching your opponent what about looking at your own games and question what you'd play against yourself? They can see what openings you've struggled with and will target them so surely they are the games to brush up on.
