The location (high and corner) is perfect. But the room arrangements like Kitchen (at 3rd floor and the dirty kitchen at the ground floor) is a bit awkward to me. The house is good! But not my type. Thanks for sharing this. Im sure other buyers would have different perspective and preferences. They would love this. More power to you Rey and Benjie 👍👍
