Probably, most of them, if you think about it, fast firing creep or spamming zerglings in 0.5 seconds vs 0.1 seconds genuinely does matter in such a fast paced game. It's the reason they can max out in such a short amount of time and keep up with production of units, fighting, creeping, changing camera positions, etc. Someone way better at SC2 than me can give more input on this, probably

I think one of the big reasons Winter's castings are so addicting to watch is because the players are made more personal from the player cards. It's made it a lot easier to identify the unique personalities behind the names at a glance :)

Year, Clem is a player, if he has an advantage, he wont stop, give his opponent zero time to breath. Players like Serral or Maru play more carefull i think, preffering to pull back after a fight and remaxing before going again.

@@Daniel-rd6stmomentum terran. Other top Terrans can do it also, but it's more just an overt timing push or something. Clem kind of takes the momentum thing to high risk levels and becomes unrelenting, Byun can do this too. But idk, I'm kind of just making things up, but it feels this way at least lol. I've seen Maru and Cure go berserk mode but when they do it, it feels more like they opt for insane multiprong. Less relentless sieging and pushing with entire army. Like you said, they will pull back etc. Clem just won't stop lol.

Oh sure, other Terrans do it too, Heromarine would be another example of a terran player, who likes to keep the pain train running, but few do it as well as Clem and Byun 🙂@@Jez4prez1

About apm and Zerg: it's not really inflated. Do the math: Let's say someone did 1000 lings in 5 minutes. That would be 500 larva and 500 klicks. That would increase the apm just by 50.. And nobody does 1000 lings in 5 minutes. Add 50 creep tumors in 5 minute and you increase the apm by 5-10.

1121! I guessed it right! Damn Clem is so good. Reynor did everything you are supposed to but I think in game 1 he needed more lurkers way faster. The banes didnt do their job. a huge line or lurkers would have mitigated the snipes better. 31:55 that was badass! I swear Reynor is my favorite player. He did it again!!! kaboom!!! @ 49:00 and again!! 50:29 ok f in the chat for this one.... 55:05 That made me sad for Reynor. That ultra went through so much and to go out like that. Poor guy. haha. Holding that zergling and marine buttons on rapid fire at insane repeat rates does wonders for that fake APM. Protoss never had this "problem" because of it.

​@@Leonhart_93they do not just rapid fire. they also tinker with windows registry. once you tried this, there's not coming back. i am forced to switch to this mode even in coop lol. playing zergs like abathur. otherwise everything feels too sluggish. but this is more important to zerg rather than terran, i guess. to morph 50 banes in a matter of 10 or 20 ms rather than 500ms or even a second. i guess zerg APM is quite more inflated by rapid fire mechanics. that's why terrans 450 APM is absolutely crazy. while even diamond zerg like me can easily hit 300+ with reduced delays. I guess pro keep it on 100ms repeat delay and 1ms repeat rate. workable windows setting for programming id say is 250ms repeat delay and 25ms repeat rate. and yes this software is completely legal in sc world. as well as rapid fire itself.

Late game yes. Clem isn't really a late game player so he tends to delays that transition. It's mostly used for mutas and brood lords.

Most matches I skip to the ~4 minute mark or later. Never with Clem and Reynor. To them it's a sprint, not a marathon... then they switch to marathon maybe. They are non-stop is my point.

It's deceptive. The tanks actually do a lot of work, but on top of that they're also VERY useful at forcing the zerg to push the terran instead of the contrary. This allows Terran to pre place their units somewhat.

You are imagining things, they did a lot of damage and forced a much worse engage from the zerg than otherwise, since they had to prioritize the tanks. Every time they fired, like 150 HP was gone from that army.

I don't know what game you're watching. Vipers are likely the most impactful spellcaster across all 3 races. All 3 of it's abilities are crazy powerful, and also the only unit that can replenish mana.

The terrans benefit tremendously in terms of resources. Thanks to MULE, I spend less resources on SCV and only have 1 type of mechanic shield-up, so there is a lot of resource benefit The scanning range is also very wide. Blizzard have to block the Battle Cruiser for 5 seconds from using the Yamato Cannon and Tactical Jump LIBERATOR & Ghost Sniper so OOOOOOPPPPPP. On the other hand, Protoss & Zerg need to invest more in ground and air defense upgrades respectively Even Zerg & Protoss' defense towers cannot recover resources, but Terran has another resource benefit with the bunker recovery function In terms of resources, Protoss & Zerg are at a huge disadvantage overall The zerg is still garbage INFESTOR skill Deleted but Ghost skill always non Deleted!!!!WTH! Zerg units are expensive to upgrade and take a long time to complete The tech building is also expensive, but you have to invest 50 more minerals called drones there and pay 50 minerals again to produce the lost drone Are the zerg a cheap tribe? Fukshieeeeet. Zerg most expensive and inefficient tribe Zerg adds minerals and gas when transforming units No race is more expensive than the Zerg One last thing on my mind. Terran Cyclone & Battle Cruiser can auto-attack Protoss Phoenix & Carrier can auto-attack Zerg have no such units Blizzard needs to patch these issues quickly nonono, please delete the zerg SC2 only requires Terran and Protoss Blizzard Always just trash balance thank you so much!

I know not all of you play but fuck sake... there are way too many cheaters in this game now... literally unplayable. Some periods of time will be smurfs 10 games in a row. Then there's the super fishy players I can tell if they are hacking or not because this game has VERY limited anti cheat measures that I'm pretty sure only aim at hacks that are used in mass or "public" so custom made hacks go mostly unnoticed ESPECIALLY since there's no longer any real funding for the game and its continued existence other life support and community patches aimed at the top 20~ players.

I have never understood the obsession with APM. We know these are bloated APMS, this is not the speed at which players interact with the game. Every opening second of the game is stuffed with pointless actions to bloat the APM. Even if we weren't bloating APM, that wouldn't really be a good indication of skill or efficiency. What would be MOST IMPRESSIVE would be someone who consistently wins with LOW APM - this would mean every action they take has real utility and purpose. "Fastest players in the game" based on APM is a pointless metric.
