Why not? They don't lack for air to air weaponry, if their expectation in a conflict is air and space superiority over the Zerg why wouldn't they have specialized air to ground units?

Why does it cost money to build Carrier units but not Broodlord units?

Carrier units last until they die and also attack everything. Broodlords only last a few seconds amd can only attack Ground units

Protoss are too weak. You see that constantly with Maxpax and Hero. They outplay their Zerg and Terran opponents and still get rekt as soon as lurkers and liberators hit the field. Protoss simply has nothing good left. Everything was nerfed to sh1t.

Lol, Hero makes every mistake possible and still wins… There’s twice as many Protoss GMs as Zerg, but you think Protoss is weak because Serral wins everything. You don’t look at the actual statistics….

@@philh2932 so what is your argument? Protoss is good because there are more people playing the race? What does that have to do with anything? People play a certain race because they think it's fun, not because it is strong. And the stats do in fact show that protoss is the weakest race.

@@philh2932 protoss being overrepresented in gm is irrelavant when talking about the top pro level herO and maxpax is 10000 times better then 90% of gm players. also no herO doesn't make "every mistake possible" that's ridiculous, he often throws games, but when he wins he plays very solid, just watch any reyno vs hero game from the last couple of months and show me a single game where hero made " every mistake possible" and won

In fact at this level, the more complex, YET rewarding, the better; because that's why they are professionals: they can do things with greater speed and perfection that normal players can't do. Protoss really is easier, but it is also less rewarding, which for a professional player and for competitive games is terrible, precisely because it is a much more limited race than the others. MaxPax would certainly prefer to have to do 10 more actions per second and be rewarded for that than simply making a few clicks and losing games. Don't talk nonsense.
