Make sure to move the villagers far away after they're born. If your trading hall/whatever you're using them for is too close, they can claim the beds and the original 2 villagers won't have anymore babies.

The whole point of the lever is to activate the railway, if you use a button you'll need to add another way of activating the railway, it's innefficient imo.

@@cathy_moss7w786 The button sends a pulse that powers both the dispenser and the railway. You're doing the same thing when you flick the lever on and off, which is more inefficient, because in order to send another pulse to send another cart, you have to flick it off and back on.

Two green coat villager in a boat. mobile by leash and they dont fuck with your workstation. Trow bread at them and they will shit out a lot of babys. edit; Burry beds under your designated villager area according to the ammount of villagers you need +2, make them unavalable to them by coverring them with at least one block above them, when it becomes night, they will try to sleep an stay in there for the night. That is the base for most of my farms and tradinghalls that use villagers, keep in mind that you might need to protect them, they wont spawn enough iron golems to be protected against pillagers and zombies, later might lead to a zombie apocalypse on hard ive you are not carefull.

Works fine! The only thing I changed is a fence around the villagers upstairs because they don't stay in the middle and sometimes fall off the platform and then you can start all over to catch them. 😀 Next to the village breeder I built an iron farm and the lever I changed into a button. Thanks mate, this was an awesome idea!

This just stopped working out of the blue and Im losing my mind. I replaced all 4 beds, killed and replaced the villagers, build a room around them to stop any other villager from pathfinding to the beds... they just wont shag anymore.

Make sure you have the amount of beds equal to the desired amount of villagers a villager won't make a baby unless there are unoccupied beds
