Only a few know this secret! My grandmother taught me. Baked bread!
Ingredients:
150 ml warm water
150 ml warm milk
2 tablespoons sugar
8 g dry yeast
30g melted butter
480 g wheat flour
1 teaspoon salt
100g raisins
For golden brown:
Egg yolk - 1 pc.
2 teaspoons milk
Ingredients for the second recipe:
Ingredients:
1 egg
250 g (1 cup) plain Greek yogurt
Sugar - 40 g (3 tbsp)
Yeast - 3g (1 teaspoon)
Flour - 300 g
Salt - 3 g (1/2 tsp)
Butter - 30 g
Raisins - 50 g

Очень хорошо,првлекательно и элегантно подана техника приготовленияСледила за составом и пропорциями продуктов и уверена,что эта прекрасная выпечка и на вкус хороша.Но я бы еще добавила вынильный сахар.Это не замечание,просто в 60-х и 70-х годах 20-го столетия в хлебных продавались ванильнве булочки такого же формата.душистые,сытные,красивые и очень пористые,пружинистые.Я даже такую булочку бросала кусочками в теплое молочко и кормила своего годовалого сыночка.Уплетал за обе щеки!

👋🏼🇺🇸👵🏻 Hello from North Pole, Alaska!! Yes, Santa’s house and reindeer are here. Look it up. I love working with yeast doughs used to make all of our bread products. Yrs ago my rye bread won Bake Off & I thought, no way. Sweets are usually liked the most. It might have helped that my grains had just been ground. I use an electric stone on stone grinder. The house smells lovely with fresh grains, finely chopped onion and celery with herbs, or soft cinnamon rolls. I usually like cardamom, almonds, raspberry, white chocolate …. You get the picture, decadent sweets!! Any bread made from scratch at home, is a bread that will be remembered, raised up and glorified, darn near. Will try this recipe today. Rosemary sounds good. Cardamom, butter, br sugar, cinnamon and maybe fried apple slices sounds pretty good. Golden raisins!! Mmm

Nach dem waschen der Rosinen diese in Mehl wälzen, dann sind diese sehr gut im Teig verteilt . Ich bin aus Düsseldorf. Die Backware heißt hier Rosinenstuten und die Kugeln Mürbchen. LECKER! DANKESCHÖN!
