Ingredients for cooking:
200 ml warm water.
200 ml warm milk.
3 tablespoons sugar.
1 tablespoon dry yeast.
1 egg.
3 tablespoons vegetable oil.
750 grams of wheat flour.
1 teaspoon salt.
For a golden brown crust:
milk
For decoration:
sesame
Bake at 180°C for 25 minutes.

Zdravím, jsem z Česka, jmenuji se Anna . Přesně tak zadělávám na knedlíky plněné jahodám. Do těsta také dávám droždí,cukr, olej, těsto je nadýchané, nechám ho v míse a lžíci odkrajují stejné kousky z kterých udělám placičky do kterých dám trochu cukru a jahody nebo borůvky. Těsto uzavřít, nechám 10-15 minut nakynout a vařím je ve vroucí vodě podle velikosti 8-9 min. Kdyš je vyndám z vody, musí se propíchnout. Podávají se posypané se strouhaným tvarohem a sypané cukrem, polité rozehřátým máslem. Jsou moc dobré. Děkuji i já vám Anna
