Worked around the world as supply ship and could tow oil rigs, pull buoys and their chains up from the deep sea. Was owned by P&O maritime logistics before the Navy bought her.

They have brought a similar looking vessel, weight at the front with a huge crane at the stern, to be the mothership for the autonomous mine hunting vessels that are being tested. She’s called the Stirling Castle.
