Because vaccines have such incredibly low profit margins that companies wouldn't make them unless incentivized. It was also during a major campaign of frivolous antivax lawsuits. Whilst the pharmaceutical companies weren't losing the cases, it was way too expensive to fund a legal defense when the product netted them next to no profit. And, no, the act doesn't eliminate compensation for *real* injuries from vaccines. Vaccines have rare side effects, which are documented. If someone actually suffers one of these documented side effects the act set up a government agency that distributes compensation on that basis. You just can't make stuff up and file a nonsense lawsuit in order to solicit attention for your self-injury, munchausens, or conspiracy-theory-based hypochondria.

Not going to waste any time here. I was disappointed that it didn't continue more than a couple minutes and came here to check why as I thought it was a whole interview. It is not in the short section. But surely with the ideology that bill has here and to claim that you didn't have a choice you didn't want to get it either but you did why did you? And why did you not want to because obviously that is more important but you did have a choice I am certain more powerful of a stance than most people were given. This was the most genocide and for you to downplay and belittle the suffering of so many people simply because you didn't feel it touched your life is very detrimental do all the people out here who have really suffered tremendously not just in this country but our family and friends in other countries. I'm sorry I thought you had ethics and you appear to be the news for the left side so I don't want to be taking sides, I'll just jump to more intelligent conversation. More than enough of them exist with the respectable RFK jr. You would rather leave something on the market obviously that has not been tested, and stick to your guns trying to believe that it actually saved people, for how long? Wow. What does man was advocating in 2020 which did save a tremendous amount of people's lives was against Allen DeSchwartzits , Trump's ex lawyer also that of Epstein and many other notable people in this arena, for which it was debating prior to their claims that they were trying to come up with a vaccine for a national crisis win it wasn't. Most certainly that was not what people were dying from the so-called virus but rather The Fear Factor and the injections and being covered up. What the heck kind of government do the people want for them to pass out lottery tickets and movie tickets McDonald's donuts trying to bribe people to get a flipping shot? And otherwise intelligent people like Bill here is still buying into this shit for real? Go back and watch that interview on PBD who was the moderator but barely got a word in edgewise as he would say. This man was saying if he had the orders that yes when it is available they will be breaking down doors and taking people to a clinic for the injection whether they like it or not and he will enforce that if that is what is requested of him. And RFK Jr totally save lives with the objections of that ideology and the fact that he simply felt they should be more tested and not from the corrupt companies you already know they are corrupt with all the redacted studies. They have the heat coming down them every which way so yes we're blown away to see this is actually just 6 months ago. All I can say is we wish you good health and blessings to you bill. You really have no idea. Why don't you research how many were assassinated to shut them up when they were trying to get real information out that you appear to be oblivious to. I can't see how this broadcast is the least bit helpful to anyone. That doesn't mean you don't have the right to say your side of whatever but its demeaning to so many of us that suffered many many losses of people not just through the vaccine, none for the so-called virus, doctors and nurses which we have in our family were being censored out of Canada for stock sakes no no no no. Yes this is very much a short that have a great deal of unpacking to do. The audience is clapping and laughing to the fact that they are agreeing with Bobby that if you got the vaccine if you still got covid. 😂 Which I assure you wasn't just deadly to the elderly and the obese. That just helps set It off to kill more of them because of their immune systems. And yes some of us really know a hell of a lot about that from experience. So the people are not all misguided when we know who we dealt with first hand CDC in the past and how they totally screwed our lives up personally from that agency over five decades ago. Wow yeah this really is disturbing to hear. Again I'm glad it's Bobby that is heading the show and not bill. 😢 And again blessings and prayers for both families for different reasons. If you do not have the common sense to even question something like this with all the crap that we are seeing live and are involved in with very intelligent scientists medical communities and people that just did not comply and we have families and many people who are alive and all the better for not getting a vaccine. We have lost our children and grandchildren and the crap that there wasn't a single case of the flu in this entire period which the flu vaccine in many of our opinions is also precursor as well as a great deal of other vaccines. Obviously Bobby cannot risk his reputation and step forward to stuff he has not how did the chance to research but there were many other people very intelligent people and very well connected people that have been fighting CDC for decades and assassinated to shut them up. We the people were censored to. More so if we were actually friends and family of these people. So there's a reaction Google was looking for. 😂

I do not align with RFK's polical views at all, and I am usually very pro-vaccine (Polio, Measles etc), but I can 100% assure you that the covid vaccine has done a lot of damage. My husband, who is an absolute ox and was never, ever, sick with anything, including when we all caught covid, went to hospital for 1 month after the vaccine. His blood was clotting and he was having a series of mini-strokes. His mother, shortly after, also went to the hospital for a couple weeks due to vaccine related complications and still hasn't fully recovered (she gets regular flare ups and is bedbound for days each time). Even my nephew, who was 12 at the time when he got the vaccine, had severe complications for just over a year afterwards. And I know many other people who have had serious reactions. One of the worst if the daughter of my father's best friend who, 2 days after getting the jab (she was a 28 year old Dr working in A&E), fell over, dead, while jogging. Blood clot. They said it was the combination of vaccine and the pill. And, let's be honest, we're all still catching covid at least once a year, so why are we still pretending like this vaccine helped in any way? All the other vaccines I got have stopped me from catching any of those diseases, but covid just made Pfizer very rich.

I should add, especially directed towards my brothers and sisters of the populist 'left' and populist 'right', 'progressives', 'libertarians', and people who are just antiwar, in general... -RFK Jr. is in support of Israel (as am I). However, this in *no* way means he isn't also in support of helping the innocent people within Gaza. RFK Jr. has always been very aware of the conditions for the people within Gaza, and is especially aware of, and feels deep heartache for, the Hell they are living in now. As President, he is a person who would do all he could to help seek lasting peace and prosperity for all in the region -although RFK Jr. is a supporter of Israel, he is not a fan of Netanyahu, and has said repeatedly that he would *not* be writing him a blank check with American dollars to do with as he wishes -there is no one who would fight harder or more tirelessly to reach out to everyone involved, as well as to leaders outside of the region, to try to negotiate and implement a sustainable peaceful solution for both the Israelis and the Palestinians. RFK Jr. would bring many ideas and a commitment to approaching the problem there from several different angles, and involving several other players. In fact, he would have been doing this before Oct. 7. (Simply yelling 'apartheid', 'genocide', etc is *not* in service of an actual *solution* - ask Hamas) -and unlike anyone from the 2 major parties who supports Israel, RFK Jr. would never be lead by the corrupt (and disgusting) sheer financial interests of the Military Industrial Complex when it comes to *any* of America's foreign policy; including with Israel

And science is always supposed to improve and can only thrive with debate. I am not sure of your point. This wasn't about prescriptions. Though since you brought it up, a lot of them are used for things that could be prevented in the first place. Getting to the root causes is something we really need improvement on.

Prescriptions are not mandated. This vaccine was.
@rnr42049 ай бұрын
a) nobody was talking about prescriptions b) go look at the number of adverse side effects from the various vaccines throughout the years. The covid vaccine is by far the most dangerous to take. c) they had to change the definition of “vaccine” to call the Covid shots a vaccine.

Hmmm... none of the prescriptions I take gave me a 7mm pulmonary embolism three days after taking them... just the Pfizer vaccine. And no, I'd never had a single blood clot or COVID in my life at the time. I'm now on blood thinners for life.
@fastenit279 ай бұрын
This may be true, so be careful in choosing which prescriptions you take. Make health decisions that you believe are in your best long term health interest. I have chosen acupuncture, chiropractic, herbs, food as medicine and in many cases. In other cases I have chosen prescription drugs. Many "Alternative" forms of health care have little or no side effects.

Why did anyone never say outright that the vaccine was just to lessen the impact of the disease so we didn't overwhelm the hospitals? Yes, people who got the vaccine still got a "milder" case of it than if they would have been unvaccinated, but it kept a lot of us out of the overwhelmed hospitals even though we still got sick. I got sick after all the vaccinations for rona, but I never was in the hospital, and I have autoimmune problems. I think it just kept me from getting really bad sick.

Because they rather scare people to make sure everyone takes the vaccine. Because a 20 yr old may look at the stats and say my chances of being very ill or hospitalized with covid are like .001%, so if the purpose of the vaccine is to keep me out of the hospital, I don’t really need it. But rather than be upfront and honest…..they first stated you won’t get or spread covid if you get vaccinated. They later had to admit in the UK inquiries….they never even tested transmission. This is why people have a hard time trusting “the science.”

I am completely 100 percent dissapointed with bill maher. I thought he would be a gentleman and conduct a professional fair respectful interview. I read all the comments posted and there are a lot of mean comments to the point of bullying. This is what america has turned into. There was one racist comment that read:- mr. Robert f. Kennedy jr. Appeals to lower informed people. That comment is so disrespectful and racist. Here are solid strong facts weather people like it or not. --- the democratic party and republican party have not helped the american people for years. The list of failures is so long and endless. Corruption on both sides exists. Voters are fed up. Mr. Robert f. Kennedy jr. Is not perfect but at least he has integrity and that is a quality not too many human beings have. Everyone has faults. He who has not sinned may he throw the first stone. - mr. Robert f.kennedy jr. Has support from the african american community. He was endorsed by the granddaughter of martin luther king. He was endorsed by the african american actor bill duke. Mr. Robert f. Kennedy jr. Has support from the hispanic latino community. He was endorsed by the puerto rican actor esai morales who was in the film mission impossible with tom cruise. He was endorsed by mrs. Gina felix goldman the niece of the mexican international global actress maria felix. Maria felix and her family are considered by all latinos and hispanics world wide as mexican royalty. He was endorsed by the mexican american journalist mr. Bob jimenez. He has the support of the community from oaxaca. He has the support of people from argentina, paraguy, peru, honduras, nicaragua, belize, colombia, el salvador, and guatemala. Mr. Robert f. Kennedy jr. Has support from indian tribes, indiginous groups. He has full support from parents with kids with disabilities. He has support from the orthodox greek community. He has support from the asian community. He has support from armenian community.--- Although his family endorsed biden, they do not fool voters. The majority of the kennedy family members work for biden or have been given or appointed a political position. That is the old democrat kennedy generation. Mr. Robert f. Kennedy jr. Has support from the younger kennedy family generation. The same thing goes with the cesar chavez family giving an endorsment to biden. The grandaughter of cesar chavez works for biden. The media, and all politicians on both sides have put the cesar chavez family on a pedestol, as if the cesar chavez family represents all latinos and hispanics. Let's be clear, latinos and hispanics respect cesar chavez but only cesar chavez not the family. His family have lost their way... .the cesar chavez family do not represent all latinos and hispanics. That is a solid concrete fact.--- Mr. Robert f. Kennedy jr. Has full support from groups that protect the environment. His support continues to grow because Voters can no longer be fooled. Everyone can see the situation in the united states is bad. When you go to the bank, to the grocery store, when you pay your bills, ask yourself how has biden or trump helped you???
