It's a repost of an old story with an old pole because they don't want to show the current polls which are over 20% for Kennedy right now. And the people that were asked were previous registered voters in the Democratic and Republican party. So they didn't ask any independent voters at all which means this is 10% of Biden and Trump's votes on top of all of the independent voters that they didn't ask that are voting for Kennedy which are comparable numbers to Democrats voting for Biden and Republicans voting for kennedy. Actually puts him within a few points of both candidates. They don't want you to know that so they're using old polls on an old story and reposting it like it's a new thing and that the numbers are current. Otherwise known as misleading propaganda

This is a repost of an old story and yes he does have more than 10% even among Democrats and Republicans like this pole was taken from. And of course even then it's misleading because it was just Democrats and Republicans that were asked, no Independence which is where Kennedy has been the strongest all along. If they had pulled all three groups then the numbers would have been somewhere around 20 to 25% at that point and right now they're edging up towards 30% in those groups.

At the time that this poll was taken it actually was at 10%. They're reposting this story from months ago and pretending it's new. And they're also presenting a pole that was only asking Republicans and Democrats which of the three they would vote for and didn't include any of those independent voters that are now supporting Kennedy and so many are voting for the first time so they're not ever going to be called to take a poll. Also because it's just Democrats and republicans, this pole doesn't include any of the 50% of registered American voters that are independent or third party. So even when this 10% pull was actually the truth it's still misrepresented things and he was probably getting more even at that point and from Democrats and republicans.
