Ballot Access is a monumental and very expensive thing - and shouldn't be. I was listening to the Colorado v Trump SCOTUS hearing and was happy to hear Justice Kagan 'ask' on the issue of a states right to interfere with a national election by not allowing a candidate on the ballot. I hope this is part of the majority decision as it would allow a number of the most difficult ballot access state's requirements to be challenged by RFK jr. This would lower his cost to be 'allowed' on the ballot. PS Tulsi is good but Amash would bring Michigan's electoral votes into play for RFK jr and bring along a lot of 'gaza' voters in other states that are politically homeless right now. Add in Libertarians and never Trump voters and it could....
