UTXO Stack leverages Bitcoin's strengths, like the UTXO model, to create a new paradigm in Bitcoin Layer 2 solutions. It introduces native Turing-complete capabilities on Bitcoin Layer 1 with the Nervos' RGB++ protocol and a UTXO-based Layer 2 framework with enhanced Layer 1 programmability.

How is the protocol related to Ergo? Will it be build on ergo?

Arent they all part of the UTXO alliance? I know there is a hackfest with both chains building lending protocols etc. Perhaps theyre complimenting each other. Interoperabillity makes sense
