One thing I have observed that probably most of the Panchayats are of thinking that TCP department is the final department. No matter what once approved by TCP Panchayat can't do anything because it's coming from higher authority. It's like TCP department (King 🤴) command Panchayat (servant) and they follow their command blindly. And Panchayat Raj is eaten by termites

R.G.P is doing a very good work by questioningly the authority..no Sarpanch is in the office of Corgaon..Pernem Dist ..water problem is in every house this is going on for more then 8 years ..the previous Sarpanch Mr Custain never did any further progress or approach the Public works Dept or had fixed any date, The local Goan as well as the hindu Goan have water shortage during the summer time ..but the parental properties in fact Agriculture land is being sold to outsider namely Punjabi community..From Corgao to Arambol to Mandrem property has been sold to these goons ..these same Punjabi are criminals where various criminal cases are registered..from Extortion to murder these unaccounted money taken from extortion is used in purchasing land in small villages thro bribing the Officials who are employed at the Sarpanch office..why is the Sarpanch not available in his office..this lady is herself don't know what to say...she is trying to dilly dally the inquiry by Mr Manoj..this is one reason the local Goans should vote R.G.P ..They are available to the citizens of Goa thou in some belts the local didn't vote them in the last election..keep up ur good work as I am sure that R.J.P should be in the assembly.
