కరెక్ట్ గా చెప్పారు రాము గారు. Conflict results in inaction. Inaction kills problem solving capacity landing one in depression. When inaction becomes a habit(depression), it conveniently prepares for itself a trigger or escape called worry. It's a destructive emotion. While worrying one becomes a part of the problem not the solution. So it increases the strength and dimensions of the problem.making it more and more difficult to the level of impossibity. This's the negative approach of the losers. One who wants to solve a problem instead of thinking about the problem should think about its solution. It helps to find out a solution. This's the positive approach. If we don't get a solution or the solution is not in our hands, the best thing to do is to divert the .ind temporarily leaving it to the time.
