The train driver from the opposite train literally stops the train just to moan to another driver about the weather conditions.

Correct !! In that train i filmed , goes only to Langwies & turn back to Chur ,because a derailmentin the upper track to Arosa (2,4m fresh Snow) after that train i sit , there was for 2 Days no service to Arosa !!!
