OMG your voice! Definitely deeper. I'm thrilled you are back, and please never apologise for info-dumping. It is through being subbed to you that I got into collecting dead things (and preserving their bones). I have quite the collection now; the one I am most proud of is a possum that has been around my house for years - it unfortunately passed away and I was able to preserve her skull. I've also done quite a few birds. I have various critters macerating all over the place lol. I have you to thank for igniting the fire in me to see the beauty in death. Seriously, it is so good to have you post again. Your art is always incredibly awesome to see. Sorry to hear you have been through some challenges of late, and I hope the ending of 2024 brings you peace, so you can begin 2025 with inner strength and towards untold happiness. I've joined the ranks of neurodiversity (well I was always in it, just not officially). I received my official AuDHD diagnosis this year and am currently in a major burnout as my world turned topsy-turvy with learning to unmask. While I am recuperating, I have been quietly making peace with myself and coming to terms with how to be my autistic self in a neurotypical world. It has been a brutal, but profoundly amazing journey so far. Take care Corvin. You are my favourite KZbinr, and always have been. Go gently and know how appreciated you are by us all xx

Hey Aria, so good to hear from you 🖤 Omg thank you for noticing! I never get sick of people pointing out the voice change, though the euphoria from it makes it harder to concentrate sometimes ahaha Thank you, I’m thrilled also! I’m definitely trying to get out of the habit of apologising for my autistic traits (including info dumping), though it’s a hard habit to break 😅 Omg that’s incredible and makes me so happy to hear!! If you ever feel comfy sharing any pics of your collection, I’d really love to see it sometime 😍 I love the story about the possum, it’s always really special getting to keep the remains of animals we knew personally or saw around the place regularly 🖤 Does possum have a name? Not quite the same but I recently finished cleaning up a brush tail possum that died in my studio ceiling a house move ago. I heard her scrabbling in the roof about a week or so before she died, the poor thing. What birdies have you processed so far? I’ve been cleaning up a lot of sea birds lately, they have such interesting skeleton variations! Honestly I am so happy and honoured to have been the person to ignite that in you. Death positivity all the way!! You’re so kind, thank you so much!! 😭 I really hope I can stay a bit more consistent on here because I always miss posting when I take long breaks. Your fav?!?!? What an honour 😭🖤 Ooh without tea/coffee? That's a good question! I don't know it this counts but I've used watercolour paints on bones before and it's created a really nice 'stain' without being overbearing or 'too much' like acrylic paints can be on bone sometimes. I imagine things like smooshed raspberries/blackberries or their juices would leave a nice stain too if you want something more organic? Maybe really pigmented flowers? That's all I can think of off the top of my head, I'm sure there's loads of other options though, I've just never considered it before 😮🦴

Oh tell you what this year or beginning of next year I have promised my self to start KZbin so even if it’s not a regular thing, I want to talk about nature, so I will do my first ever room tour, you can see her then.
