Hi, does it matter if after running the command timedatectl set-ntp true, if System clock synchronized is still saying no?

Time sync doesn’t always happen immediately. It can depend on how far off your clock is. Try setting the time closer to your time zone.

8:30 NTP configuration you have told there will be given in exam IP address and either server name. it might be possible they can give both IP address and server name.

IN RHEL 9 I enable and start tuned.service but after reboot it is inactive. Is that normal?

you need to include "--now" example: systemctl enable --now tuned.service
