Marcus Nilsson I agree that she isn't being sincere in her seriousness, and that she is trying to get a comedic effect, but she just isn't very good at it. Her attempts at making people laugh or be funny fail and end up making her be portrayed as rude and annoying. She's trying to overcompensate for her own lack of comedic experience by making the video (for me at least) a lot less enjoyable than if say John (very notable polygraph expert in many of these types of videos done by buzzfeed and Shane Dawson) had been the examiner instead. Chica wasn't wrong, the examiner wasn't funny and just made the video more awkward than it needed to be.

Lie detectors don't actually detect lies, they determine if somebody is lying by measuring how nervous somebody gets (by looking at heartbeat, breathing, sweat, etc.) while answering. Rhett was totally cool, that's why it didn't say he was lying, even though his statements literally included not being that fond of his own kids. So in a way he was right, he was able to fly under the radar of said experts. 😁 Link on the other hand is bad at lying, so the test worked on him (Not that you would have needed one to tell when he was lying tbh 😉) People really need to stop putting that much weight on these types of videos. If lie detectors were actually reliable, the police would use them.

Shadow storm My friends and I took one once and according to the test, one of my friends likes kicking his mom in the stomach and I have done heroin before. (Don't judge us for the kind of questions we asked 😂) So yeah, unless I was very wrong about my friend and my subconscious knows more than I do, these tests don't always work. 😅

Not even close to 100% accurate. Polygraphs are not admissible in criminal court in Canada, for example., or in US military courts, and in the US it's left up to the judge based on whether they can demonstrate its reliability.

That is a myth, a polygraph is also given by a expert analyst, who can observe someone trying to "cheat." Polygraph tests have an accuracy of up to 90%.
