unless the video is sponsored, then views dont matter at all. ads are there for a reason: to make youtubers money. if that wasnt the case, then i assure you, many youtubers would be getting witch hunted for putting ads up. sources: me, several videos, 5 minutes of research

Haloeix Yeah, I've done more research than that, also I've met some pretty popular KZbinrs that say they care more for views than ads and they still get less views than GMM does. They don't care about ad revenue as much as the amount of views they get, especially considering in KZbin's revenue statements, it's said that a KZbinr isn't guaranteed to be paid the amount they're supposed to, or possibly nothing at all. With views you're guaranteed to get the same amount with each view as any other KZbinr, that's why people ask for views and subscriptions rather than asking for people not to use Adblock, and a lot of people use Adblock, most KZbinrs know this.
