My two cents, and keep in mind that I have ADHD and anxiety: Yes, I fidget. I really like the fidget cube myself, in fact. While I don't personally understand how the spinner works, I'm not gonna judge you if you like it. Can they be distracting? Absolutely. But that really depends on what you're fidgeting with and how; if you're doing something like clicking a pen while I'm trying to work on something, or you're sitting at a table with me and your leg's bouncing and shaking the table, I will get annoyed. That's the point where I'll say something like, "Okay, I understand that you need to fidget, I do too, but can you please redirect it, it's distracting me?" and if I have an extra fidget, I may let you borrow it, depending on what it is.

I use fidgets for my anxiety and ADD. I love fidget toys, I have Tangles and a Fidget Cube. It helps me focus so much. I like fidget spinners except when people spin them when it's super quiet. If a fidget toy distracts you then Try another fidget toy. It's just like clothes; one shirt may not fit at all while another shirt may fit perfectly

I needed one of these when I was a kid. I have ADD, and when I was in elementary school, my doctor recommended I bring a hackie sack or silly putty for me to fidget with, cause I don't think fidget cubes were a thing yet. I fidget with EVERYTHING. Mostly my phone; I'll fidget with the case. I know a few kids who have ADHD and bring a fidget cube to school to help them focus. I think it's so cool.

As a mother of a son who has Aspergers the fidget cube is amazing. He finds it so hard NOT to fidget, he can't keep still, not touch something or make noises. At school he was struggling and getting told off for disrupting the class, we bought him the fidget cube and he is finding school much better, he's able to concentrate on his work and he makes less noise aswell... I highly recommend the fidget cube!

Its not really used as much for boredom as it is for anxiety. Anxious people, such as myself, fidget, and these objects are a way to release that energy. These items are also great with people with different types of OCD disorders and behaviors such as dermatilomania.

I'm homeschooled. I have noticed I'm much more productive while I'm doing something while working. Fidgeting is what I usually do but sometimes even singing or rapping parts of a song in between tasks keeps my brain going. I do have anxiety, ADD, and ADHD so these fidget toys help me a lot. Sometimes I just need to be doing something with my hands. I'm sure some people can relate.

Experts say the same thing about doodling! Doodling has the same kind of bad stigma that fidgeting has and it also actually helps you concentrate better. I need one of these! I'm an adult with ADD and have the habit of spinning and fidgeting with my rings too. One of them in particular that has raised ridges on the edge has made a big thick callus on one of my fingers. Lol! However before that I was doing other things that were much more destructive so I was very happy when I finally settled into ring fidgeting. I'll be looking into these types of devices!!

I have both a spinner and cube. I enjoy them both equally, but the cube is a little more noisy. I don't wanna make you think you should get one over the other, but keep in mind noise disruptancy if you will bring it to work or other places where it might be more distracting to others.

It's funny because I'm addicted to watching your videos at night while playing with my fidget pad :3 (It's like a cube but one side is modeld like an Xbox controller)
