At the beginning of GMS, they needed chase for an international taste test video, but he was still time traveling until he finally returned from some kind of journey, which we clearly will see more of

For those curious, horseradish is a root vegetable (looks similar to ginger root) and it naturally tastes strong and spicy. Horseradish sauce is actually toned down a lot with sour cream in a blender, otherwise it would be so potent it would be painful to eat
