Thanks for the information doctor Girnita, I have gout attacks and frequently end up on prednisone, which helps but can come with some serious side effects. I take 300 mg of allopurinol, but even that doesn't always prevent the attacks, maybe diet changes will help.

I just got gout for the 1st time at the age of 53 . I basically followed half of the diet listed . The culprit was having atleast 1 can of sardines in water 💧. Every 1.5 days for about a year. I was thinking I was getting good omega 3s and 17 grams of protein.each serving. Then when doctor checked me out he said I has a fatty liver . And thought I was on the western diet .and asked me how much do I drink ...over 12 years sober I said and no fried food in the last 2 years ... I was confused. But now it all makes sense . Everything in moderation. I thought shell fish was way worst but ... well you know .

I just found the most amazing pdf document on Google that has given me so much insight! Causes of gout including candida. Vitamin deficiency. So I'm going to start taking those various vitamins and continue fighting the candida i have. I'm hopeful!
