Funny, about 15 yrs ago or so after seeing the bennifit of Rhyno Liner in pickup beds I decided to clean and apply about an 1/8" thick coat of Bed liner on my RV roof. As far as I know it's still going strong long after I sold the RV. A friend painted his entire pickup with Rhyno Liner. It's remarkable how brush and limbs from trees don't damage or gouge thru it. Rhyno Liner Roof for your RV is the only way to go. I've been sold on it for years...

It does not work, it doesn't adhere to the plastic skylight and eventually within months will pull apart from it and soak and ruin the entire inside of your RV. We ripped out the interior panels because you cannot remove it fully from the outside. We resealed around all the vents using Ecobond strips. Tested it by putting a hose to it and it stills has 4 leaks! We can't locate them so I guess that our RV is toast. The Pit Stop in Issaquah, WA was a Rhino Lining dealer and he said we would never have a leaking problem again and that he had done several with no problems. I called him to tell him and luckily he sold his equipment and no longer can provide this service.

The business you're referring to hasn't been an applicator of ours since 2013, and has never purchased Rhino Eco-Coat. Rhino Linings I used your website to find an authorized dealer and that is how I found The Pit Stop. I found the cashed check and it is dated for 6-25-13 for $3973.20. The day we took it home it leaked, we took it back the very next day and he said he would dry it out and reshoot it. We customized this trailer and put a lot of money into it, from a brand new floor to roof, diamond plated and custom upholstery In less then two years it has ruined our 5th wheel.

There is nothing better than putting Hat Metal furring strips on your roof, 1.5" foam, then 3/8 plywood and then using METAL. After using and applying every rubber, poly, pvc, RHINO, and other materials on dozens of roofs the result is they all fail, get real, get serious, and make it in metal.

I have a Sprinter Camper Van by LTV. Solid Fiberglass Roof. There is a lot of heat gain through the roof surface. Will Rino Coat help in reducing heat gain and help with keeping the interior cool in the summer?

The gentleman never answered the last question... How long does it take? Do you need to leave your RV there for one day, three days, a week?

Hi Chuck, the Rhino Eco-Coat roof system can be installed quickly. Often times a roof can be prepped and fully repaired within three days. But if your trailer/rv has suffered some major water damage the shop may need longer to repair sidewalls, etc. Your best bet is to get in touch with your closest Rhino Eco-Coat applicator. I went to your link and I am looking for applicators that specifically have been trained to spray ECO -coat. Im sure regular applicators of truck beds may not understand the specifics of rv roof applications. I have not found the specific descriptors relating to approved RV applicators

Not true you can buy it for boats and they sell a special roller for it and a special primer you have to use a premium wood filler between the cracks of the plywood before primer

It comes in smooth medium and coarse I think the smooth looks better but it still has a grit that won't let you slip and they make it in a off-white also gray and black
