I got excited because I hadn't heard it for 3 or 4 years.... After it finished, the DJ said, "In memory of the passing of Benjamin Orr, he died today after a short battle with cancer. He was 53 years old." My mind went blank and couldn't comprehend what i just heard... He was younger then than i am now... the wrong people are taken from us too soon!

80s music art is timeless, still ministers to your heart, mind, soul, spirit here in the 21st century. Music medicine. Even with all the heartaches, pain, setbacks I have endured and overcome, I wouldn't trade being born in the year I was, the time I grew up in listening to the Big 70s,80s, 90s for any other time. I grew up with this genre of music art that only gets better with time like fine wine, am still listening to it in my 60s. This music art still talks to your heart, soul, mind, spirit today. Food for your soul.
