His head becomes that way because his face is in the package for too long so you have to like fix it but when I got mine catnap it was already fixed so I don’t have to worry about that

Also my favourite out of the pack is dogday easily cause he is a leader,postive and sunny which i like,his personality and colours remind me of well me, he is cute in fact why not get both at the same time like there is no problem but one would be there before the other so pick dogday or bobby my guess is bobby cause she is your favourite out of the smiling critter gang
