I just built a deck with them recently and play-tested with some bros, needless to say, Rhoda and timin are pretty annoying (my buddies said this not me), and they made people sweat nervously, VERY underrated partner commanders in my opinion.

Cowardice and Willbreaker don’t actually work that well in this deck. Because their abilities trigger when a creature becomes the target, and not on resolution, you won’t get any counters on Rhoda because they won’t have a creature to become tapped. They’re still fine cards, but they aren’t really outstanding in this deck

In the case of Willbreaker taking a creature each turn is much better than putting a +1/+1 counter on Rhoda.
