Rhodes Ranch Community Tour (Las Vegas Guard-Gated Golf Course Neighborhood)

Rhodes Ranch is a guard-gated, 1,330-acre master-planned community located 15 minutes southwest of the Las Vegas Strip. Developed in 1997, Rhodes Ranch is known as the “Oasis in the Southwest” and features a scenic, circular two-mile walking path that winds throughout the community. Several builders have developed homes in Rhodes Ranch, so the community offers a variety of architecture and home designs.
Rhodes Ranch is a golfing community built around the 18-hole Rhodes Ranch golf course. This 162-acre course was designed by famous course architect Ted Robinson Sr. and is highlighted by a collection of par threes that Robinson called the finest he ever designed. The 6,582-yard course presents a mixture of challenge and playability and will appeal to golfers of all levels. Rhodes Ranch Golf Club opened in 1997 and has matured into one of the best conditioned courses in Las Vegas, with numerous water features, varying elevations, stunning views, and lush, rolling fairways. The club also features Rhodes Ranch Grille, a restaurant and full bar.
In addition to its golfing opportunities, Rhodes Ranch offers a 35,000 square-foot recreation center with numerous fitness and social amenities. The center features a weight and cardio room; aerobics room; sauna; pickleball, racquetball, and basketball courts; table tennis and billiards; craft and meeting rooms; and a main lobby with fireplace, piano, and sitting areas.
Rhodes Ranch residents also enjoy numerous outdoor amenities within the community gates. These include a basketball court, playgrounds, tennis courts, and extensive walking and biking trails. Rhodes Ranch also features an outdoor pool and water park for summer fun. The park includes cabanas, a large lagoon pool, three spas, a lap pool, rope bridge, squirt gun stations, and 16 slides. Residents interested in more outdoor adventure can also find it at nearby Red Rock Canyon or Sloan Canyon conservation areas.
Rhodes Ranch is a beautiful resort-style community that’s perfect for families interested in living just outside the hustle of city life. When residents do want to explore urban areas, there’s plenty to choose from. Downtown Summerlin is just 15 minutes north of Rhodes Ranch and boasts three major retail centers - Tivoli Village, Canyon Pointe, and Boca Park - with each offering numerous shops, boutiques, and dining options. And of course, the Las Vegas Strip and entertainment capital of the world is just a short drive from the front gate.
Home prices in Rhodes Ranch vary by neighborhood, with condos selling in the mid to upper $200,000s and single-family homes ranging from the upper $400,000s to $1 million. Older homes tend to include larger lots and sell on the higher end of this scale. HOA fees range from $155 to $200 per month and are among the lowest in Las Vegas for a guard-gated, golf course community.
