One thing, I did to become aware more frequently is, immediately I felt something that sad, upsetting or painful like bad memories, embarrassing moments or even hunger. I immediately just watch them & disassociate those things from myself, almost like imagining a pair of eyes looking at those things inside me. And it always dissolves to something very small after doing that

Rhonda you just gave me that one sentence. I’ve been working to reach my awareness for a long time, read all these books, pratice and meditate everyday, and often more during the day. Don’t remember the exact words that you and Hale said but it pupped up on my head « Yes you are the awareness and not your drama queen, overactive mind. Thanks for everything you are giving us, because of you and people like you my life has improved so much. Love you 💕🙏💕

I can‘t tell in words how much Rhonda changed my life. I though my life was in control…but 2020-2022 everything went wrong for me. It’s so much that I can’t write it down. But I ordered Rhonda’s latest book and I woke up..attachments are dissolving I’m speechless because I feel peace and joy after 2 years of psychological hell

It appears to me that as the bodymind or false self (I also call it the confusion, where the consciousness is sucked into the false identity and forgets its true nature) is more and more healed and purified, it itself starts to more and more resemble the pure consciousness, which makes it easier for the consciousness to flow through. Then it also becomes easier and more natural to stay aware

"Mind" is composed only of thoughts of the past or future. As such it is impossible for mind to become still and silent. To believe that to be possible is a fundamental misunderstanding prevalent in many spiritual and mindfulness teachings. Only Consciousness itself, who is aware of thoughts of past and future, is still and silent. 🙏

Both of you are great, and I'm a fan of Rhonda. I have a very unusual situation that I'd love some advice on. I've read all the Secret books and loved them. After reading The Greatest Secret, along with Lester Lester Levenson books, I learned a lot about releasing and started doing some gratitude work. However unlike many people who are almost obsessed with being a body and are focused on the doingness of stuff, I'm legally blind and don't have the same speed and efficiency with practical stuff. I've felt a little resentful of the physical abilities of others, as they always talk about how much they do or all their running around. This gives me the feelings of not being able to contribute because our world only sees the doing, not the being who does it, or the being who gives compassion. The things I can do, others can do them faster so they do them instead, and I'm left with entry level or menial tasks, feeling I can't contribute in a physical way so I can have permission for my emotions to come up for release. Basically if you don't do, then you are not allowed to contribute in a non physical way, nor can you be tired, sad, or display any other negative human traits, as you haven't earned it by doing. People who do lots of stuff usually complain and justify their poor behaviour by saying that they do all this stuff. Then they tell me that I don't do much, so my emotions, when expressed, are not considered valid. So perhaps the human race has too much physical health, otherwise they would make more efforts to focus on their non physical beingness, or at least recognise those who do less, but may, if given the chance, contribute on their own terms. Another thing I might mention is that practical things tend to cause frustration, as I have difficulty due to having to use my poor eyesight to solve the challenges, therefore giving up my being, like I have to put the being away. This also happens when I need extra help with a physical thing, especially if others try to control me or get annoyed/upset with my frustration. Just my thoughts.

Wow, thanks for sharing. My first aha moment came while reading the words "there's more permanence in what you cannot see than what you can see!" All the doing and the stuff that is impermanent can become a distraction from what's really important! 🤷🏻‍♀️ I hope you find that helpful.🙏👣💜🕊🌍💜🐾🙏

The Sedona Method: please clarify, are you making a clear distinction between Awareness and the Mind? Also, how can we see awareness, when in fact we are the awareness but if only we could care to see.
@TheSedonaMethod
@TheSedonaMethod 2 жыл бұрын
If you take a moment to notice what the mind is producing, that is awareness. Also notice how awareness is always aware while at the same time completely unaffected by what is appearing in the mind.
