Lately, with the trouble all around the country, cost of everything, all my thoughts are negataive. I was laid off because of a jealous woman at the office who doesn't like me and unemployment doesn't come right away, then my car cost $800 to repair the brakes. Last summer I wanted to drive my car off a cliff, and would have if a very large truck hadn't blocked my way. I'm not 30 anymore..... To say I've had better days is an understatement. I have read all your books, but it seems things are pounding me on the head right now. Thinking positive and powerful is extremely difficult to do.

You should try the welcoming negative thoughts practice that Rhonda teaches … she explains how to give compassion and love to the negative thought like it is a friend and then the negative feelings dissolve. Once you give those feelings the support they need it will be easier to stay focused on having positive thoughts and feelings. This practice always helps me get back to creating good things in my life and I hope it helps you too.

This works! 😃 I use affirmations, secret shifters, and visualize what I want as if I am experiencing and receiving it now. Since I started using the Secret, I've manifested a small lottery win, like-minded positive people who want to collaborate with me, money, paid opportunities, my top 2 favorite cookies, fitness routines, clean water solutions for mom so she doesn't have to carry cases of water because we're thousands of miles apart (for now), screenplay contest wins, clothes, and a daily positive mental attitude coupled with inspired actions. When you are living in gratitude for what you already have, and have way more positive thoughts than negative thoughts in your day, then you will feel good no matter what manifests. Yes, it can be the case that there is something better coming. When we were making The Secret and asked for something that we needed, we would also add 'or something better'.

Feel the relationship you want to have with your perfect partner. Write lists of the qualities you want in your perfect partner and allow the Universe to deliver what you have asked for. When you are caught in the emotions of your perfect partner being someone in particular, and that person is not in your life, you can send out feelings of missing them or sadness and those feelings are creating that back to you.

Rhonda, I really want to watch a movie about the making of The Secret video. Please, please come to the party and set this in motion. If you don't feel it is right for you, please allow somebody else to take up the challenge. I don't know who would play Bob Proctor or Jack Canfield, but I know that Nicole Kidman would do a wonderful job playing the main character. You already have a billion people audience. Anybody who has bought or watched The Secret would want to watch it. I think the ending could be you appearing on Oprah's show. But the main part of the story would be about all the coincidences that happened along the way. All the setbacks, all the leap forwards. Everything the whole story.

The law of attraction is responding to what you are sending out. If you ask once and let it go then you are not thinking thoughts contradicting what you have asked for. When you ask every day it may bring up feelings that it hasn't manifested yet, which will keep it from manifesting because you are not seeing it already done. Think, feel, and believe it is done already and then the Universe will move people, circumstances and events to bring you want you have asked for.

When it comes to anything with the body it is whatever you truly believe is possible. Everything you experience is from your own beliefs. The law of attraction is giving you what has been sent out from you. What you send out right now is creating your future experiences.

Everything is what you believe is possible. It is only about what you believe. See it in your mind, and believe it has already happened, then it can manifest. It requires no contradicting thoughts because that will cancel out your order.

Understand although it does take some work to shift from all those negative thoughts to more positive thoughts. Start with writing down 10 things you are grateful for in your life right now. You just have to start with one and in 17 seconds the law of attraction is kicking in to bring you more things to write on your list. Just try it.

We can use our imagination to see ourselves doing something in particular, although part of the manifesting process is to believe it is possible. It is more likely not becoming reality due to the belief that one must play a sport to become a professional in that sport.

Letting go is asking for your desire and then not sending any contradicting thoughts out into the Universe to cancel what you have asked for. Ask for what you want - that is the first step. Believe it has already manifested - that is the second step. The final step is receiving your desire although if you have not done the other two steps your desire will not manifest. If you ask for what you want but then complain that it hasn't manifested, that is not believing and that is not letting go.

When a thought comes that you do not want, stop and start a gratitude rampage of all the things you are grateful for in your life. The more happy thoughts you have, the more you are bringing happy experiences. Feeling good is your priority, so turn your focus to happy thoughts. Let go of negative thoughts and fill your heart with love and gratitude. The negative thoughts will fade away.

Yes being positive is the best way to live. Deliberately creating can seem a little tricky for some things we really want to manifest. It is those contradicting thoughts that sneak in and cancel out what we have asked for.
