I absolutely Love the energy and positivity of Amina and her clients. So far the first episode is my favorite, but I really enjoyed all episodes. This is how we need to be seen; helping one another and building us up. A true breath of fresh air reality show viewing.

I really enjoy this show!!! Love Amina, she really empowers her clients. This is the type of content that is nice to see, not the endless drama and foolishness.

I LOVE seeing fellow compassionate and empowering professionals who educate and care about their clients. I'm not going to hijack this thread by going on about myself as I don't want to take away from Amina. Many of the things they captured on film in this episode and the past two are things I've said to my buyers. I'm so thrilled to see her in these Real Estate Streets (I use that language, too) and to be making a true impact one buyer at a time. It's not easy for us professionals as we feel many of the emotions of our buyers and we try to shield them as best as possible. I'm so glad she's being highlighted because the bad ones or ones that focus only on red bottoms et such are overly saturated and not keeping this life 100 with the people watching it online, etc. Congrats Amina for following your passion and to Rhonda!

@exjw92 yes, you can. I've tried responding to this question twice and I believe KZbin keeps removing it.

I love the show. The host is very knowledgeable and engaging. Sad for many new homeowners, having to pay so much for so little. Paying over $300k for a 1200 square foot home is crazy to me, living here in the midwest. Good Luck! ❤

I didn’t think that I would like this new show on OWN. However, I like it and look forward to the weekly episodes. First Time Buyer’s Club is peaceful and joyous, as opposed to the other reality shows on OWN, where there’s constant drama. This show is good! 👍🏽👩🏽🦱🇺🇸

I love this show!!! No drama. I think she really missed out on bang for her buck when she waited so long to up her buying power by paying off a huge car loan. That last house is nothing close to the first one she made an offer on.

I'm wondering why negotiating wasn't an option considering the issues with foundation and flooring. Very interested in why that wasn't explored especially pre-inspection.
@zco631011 ай бұрын
Negotiations was not written or agreed upon with the offer. If that was true the client shld have been told but we know how editing is.

In 2012, my husband and I brought a 5 bd 3.5 bath, 3500 sq ft for 319k. There is no way I would pay 300k for something that small

The blue house looks like a trailer home, mobile home. I wish the relator would have told her that. I really don't like it when the realtor misleads the buyer
@homesbyamina11 ай бұрын
We discussed it & we both have eyes (: Budget and market considerations are always important . Remember this is the shortened version of events so it’s impossible to show everything . I’m down with you in this; throughout the season you will see that I give my honest opinion on homes (when it makes the edit) . I don’t sugarcoat but there’s only so much that can fit in episode. I too dislike when REALTORS® are misleading . Also: some people buy and enjoy mobile & manufactured homes, fyi, even though this isn’t one . The home shows better in person as well! Thank you for watching & good looking out!

@@homesbyaminaDon’t pay the negative any attention !!! You are a amazing realtor showcasing homeownership in the black community in FLORIDA!! that’s amazing and not easy to do. Keep doing what you doing!
@homesbyamina11 ай бұрын
@@brianabellamy6176 thank you so much!!! & I know it’s impossible for everyone to understand the complexity of what it takes to depict a REAL real estate show and someone’s authentic home buying journey but it’s not easy. There was a house in her episode where they show a segment of us having a convo about what we like and dislike about the home and I was honest about the floors not being level, etc. there’s a scene where they mention how I teach Buyer’s how to analyze homes and what to look for …These are the kind of scenes that are intended to show the types of conversation and analytical approach I take with the homes so the viewers understand that’s what’s happening even though we can’t show the full scope of things with each home.. Each home has a different lesson/purpose/ takeaway. Thanks for the kudos ✨🙌

@homesbyamina congratulations for your show! As I watch it, I feel like I'm watching myself because we are cut from the same cloth. I'm licensed in DC, MD, VA and I know you have several agents you can partner with for referrals. Just know I would treat them with the same level of care as you. I'll be sure to keep you in mind for folks I encounter for Tampa (and other areas you may focus; I just need to know). Just know I know your value and worth and I'm pretty darn sure you worked hard for the acknowledgement you are receiving. I know you're a God-send. Job well done, sis!
