Ive never had rhubarb Anything. It looks kinda like celery. The jam came out looking very pink and clear unlike the Mississippi mud color before. Great job Toni Renee.

It is actually a vegetable but treated like fruit for cooking. It is very tart so you get that sweet tart flavor like red grapefruit

Renee, another great video. I am one who thinks rhubarb is under utilized. I love the tartness and the sugar balance for a unique flavor profile. I love the idea of adding vanilla as well and I love that it is an enhancer and does not over take the flavor you desired. Loved this and GREAT VIDEO! THANK YOU!

Extra liquid might not work out well With the pectin. Vanilla paste would work

It is there but subtle. It doesn’t overwhelm the rhubarb but enhances it

I love rhubarb! Just made some strawberry rhubarb jam. I hadn't thought about jelly. I just recently got a juicer. Could I use that instead of the food processor? As you can tell I haven't used it yet...thanks!!! Love your stuff!!!

It is more tart than bitter so It ends up like a sweet tart flavor.
