Great video, Renee! I have started making no-knead breads because I can't knead anymore. I have made biscuits, no yeast breads like beer bread, soda bread, tortillas, flat breads, etc... all my life, but didnt learn to make yeast bread till I was in my 50's. Thanks for all the great information 😊

Spam and other canned meats can last several years even past the best buy date if kept in cool dry places i seen people store spam up to 5 years past and it was still good to eat. The key is to smell the food for anything nasty and check the meat itself if it looks good smells good and the can is not compromised in any way or dented its good to eat.

I am working on making sandwich bread. We eat a decent amount, but some brands are chalky and we just don’t eat them. Noticed a loaf of the chalky stuff we hadn’t finished yet had a best by date a month ago and yet didn’t have any mold or look weird. Not buying that again. Drop biscuits, sourdough, matzah and tortillas I have down. But that soft, light sandwich loaf is still a mystery to me. Thank you for the tips!
