Rhydian was the true winner. But of course the fools who prefer image over talent fixed it so that Leon would win. I love Rhydian. I don't fancy him (too blond for my liking, I like dark) but he is talented and that's all that matters.

High praise indeed from Simon. Simon usually praises his own acts which is only natural, however Rhydian wasn't even in his category so it just shows you how favourably Simon thought of him. Louis saw Rhydian's potential too from the beginning of the live shows.

Leon is singing in pubs now. Says a lot. Rhydian has released a succesful album, has had a very succesful tour, and is about to release a second one that will also be succesful. If that's all he does (And it won't be, he'll get more and more popular with age), it still blows Leon out of the water. IMO in the long run, Rhydian could be one of the biggest stars to have lived if he gets good enough opportunities.

Leon won because he is Scottish, it was that simple. Rhydian was and still is clearly an amazing singer and performer. He shows that he is better everytime he opens his mouth and proves that everyone who voted for Leon is deaf.

Its true Simon picked on Leon for looking scared and having ''no steel in his eyes'' but Rhydian had no passion in his eyes at all lol he just wanted the opera singer to win n didnt get Leon's appeal so he let him have 1 album n then discard him. N the excuse was bullshit just cos Leon didnt get his album to number 1, it was number 4. But he signed Rhydian and he got to number 3 and was allowed to make 2 more albums on the label. He just had it out for Leon n couldnt admit it.
